KFChow AI Lab provides AI-powered tools including an interactive chatbot, dashboard access, published knowledge bases, the ESG Compliance Monitor (kfchow.com/tools/esg-compliance/), and the @esgwatchbot Telegram bot.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt the service, send spam, or upload infringing content.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

5. Data Usage

Chat history is stored per session to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content — including AI-generated responses, dashboard data, news monitoring outputs, and scan results. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
